Service covers one geographic location (city) per subscription. Additional locations are available at $197/month each.
We do not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic levels, or business results. SEO results typically take 60-90 days or more. Results vary by client, market, and competition.
Content is generated automatically by AI for SEO, GEO, AEO, and LSO purposes. Articles are published as-is and are not subject to manual review, editing, or revision requests. Content is optimized for search engine visibility, AI search engines (GEO/AEO), and human readability to improve organic rankings — not to serve as a direct representation of your business voice. You acknowledge that AI content may contain errors, including factual inaccuracies or outdated information. You are responsible for all content published under your business name. All AI-generated articles will include a "Powered by ARC Affiliates" attribution link embedded in the content footer and schema markup.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. By subscribing, you authorize ARC Affiliates LLC and its billing partners to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. Pricing may increase with 30 days advance written notice. Additional locations are billed at $197/month each.
If payment fails for 7 or more days, your account will be paused until payment is resolved. We will attempt to notify you by email. Accounts that remain unpaid for 30 days may be terminated. Data associated with terminated accounts will be retained for 30 days after termination and then deleted.
All sales are final. No refunds are issued. We may make exceptions at our sole discretion.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing ty@arcaffiliates.com. While 30 days advance notice is preferred, it is not required. Service continues through the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued upon cancellation.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your portal PIN and account credentials. Notify us immediately at ty@arcaffiliates.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
You agree not to use the Service to generate spam, illegal content, competitor intelligence, or any content that violates applicable law. Resale or white-labeling of ARC Affiliates services requires a separate written agreement with ARC Affiliates LLC. We reserve the right to terminate non-compliant accounts without refund.
You grant ARC Affiliates LLC the right to use anonymized client results, metrics, and performance data for marketing, case studies, and promotional purposes. No personally identifiable business information will be used without your explicit consent.
AI-generated articles published through ARC Affiliates will include a "Powered by ARC Affiliates" attribution link in the article footer and within the article schema markup. This attribution supports our platform and is a condition of the Service.

ARC Affiliates LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding any claim.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Wyoming, USA, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, or a mutually agreed alternative. You waive the right to participate in any class action lawsuit against ARC Affiliates LLC.
ARC Affiliates LLC is not liable for service interruptions caused by events outside our reasonable control, including Google outages, internet infrastructure failures, natural disasters, or government actions.
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Service Agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and ARC Affiliates LLC and supersede all prior agreements, including any verbal agreements or representations made during the sales process.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated by email.
